On behalf of an established, successful business that is looking to scale the business in the US from Boston we are seeking an experienced Sales Director.
This is an opportunity to take responsibility for a large-scale business plan and ensure balanced revenue channels are delivering a sustainable business model in line with Interim, Talent and Search.
Ideally, you should have professional recruitment experience in mid-senior markets or executive search. You should have a track record of developing 360 consultants and enjoy the challenge of leading whilst managing a team and driving strategy.
