On behalf of one of the world’s most exciting organisations, we are seeking a Recruitment Director within the Energy, Advanced Manufacturing, and Energy Infrastructure sectors.

In this role, you will drive your team to deliver outstanding talent solutions to a range of clients and candidates. These solutions will be provided to both existing clients and new business partners through the identification and delivery of new opportunities by developing excellent business relationships. You will coach and lead from the front with direct reports, as well as identifying potential opportunities in the market.

The perfect candidate will be an innovative individual who leads by example, displaying a strong work ethic and understanding of the many aspects of the talent solutions space. You should be a natural leader with outstanding communication skills. Ideally, you should have 5 years of staffing experience, with a minimum of 2 years leading and mentoring recruitment teams. Additionally, you should have a proven track record in contract and direct hire.
