Plymtree Careers is currently seeking an ambitious individual to manage and lead growth across the market in Switzerland.

This is an opportunity to lead and drive a team on the ground from the front. Your role encompasses hiring, onboarding, and training new starters. As the Country Manager, you must maintain the business SOPs and best practice standards. You will track KPIs to drive success and be accountable for tracking and reporting the monthly budgets versus actuals.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within the life sciences market and a proven track record of billings over the years of your experience. Additionally, you should be knowledgeable about the sector, have a strong desire to optimise the candidate’s journey, and be passionate about business development. You must be a Swiss national or have a relevant permit to work there.

The group has all the license required to operate all business activities, including contract placements.
