Are you a seasoned recruitment professional ready to make an impact? On behalf of our client, Plymtree Careers is seeking a senior-level inhouse recruiter to drive high-volume hiring in one of the most dynamic regions in the world. If you have experience in oil & gas or heavy industry, we want to hear from you! This is a hands-on, individual contributor role where you’ll own the recruitment process end-to-end—across both blue-collar and white-collar positions.

What You’ll Do

✅ Implement recruitment strategies and manpower plans

✅ Partner with business leaders to anticipate hiring needs

✅ Manage full-cycle recruitment: JD review, CV screening, interviews, offers

✅ Lead overseas campaigns and bulk hiring drives

✅ Evaluate and manage recruitment agencies for cost and performance

✅ Use cutting-edge recruitment systems to streamline workflows

What We’re Looking For

✔ Strong recruitment background with stakeholder management expertise

✔ Experience in high-volume hiring within oil & gas or heavy industry

✔ Previous in-house experience or major account management in an agency

✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment
