Plymtree Careers are partnering with a global engineering and energy recruitment specialist to find an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their growing Australian team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a high-performing recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional talent solutions across contract markets.
The Role
You will manage and grow a portfolio of contract clients and candidates, developing new business opportunities across the Energy, Engineering and Infrastructure sectors. You will build strong client relationships, source and place high-calibre contract professionals, negotiate commercial terms, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish. You will also drive revenue growth while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
What We're Looking For
✅ Proven success in contract recruitment.
✅ Strong business development and client management experience.
✅ Experience recruiting within Energy, Engineering, Technical, Infrastructure or Industrial sectors.
✅ A consultative and relationship-focused approach.
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✅ Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
