Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant | Contract Solutions

On behalf of our clients, fast‑scaling talent solutions group, Plymtree Careers is seeking a Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant to help drive the growth of their specialist contract staffing business across the US Energy & Infrastructure markets. This is a future leadership role within a company building serious momentum, backed by an established industry leader and a clear long‑term growth strategy.

You’ll focus on developing and expanding contract recruitment solutions across Renewables, Data Centres and Power, working with existing clients while opening new accounts. With services spanning EOR, contingent staffing, payroll and SOW, you’ll play a key role in shaping commercial success, contractor growth and market penetration.

What You’ll Bring

✅Energy & Infrastructure experience - ideally within Renewables, Power, Data Centres or wider technical markets.

✅Strong contract recruitment expertise - contractor management, delivery and commercial negotiation.
