Recruitment Manager | Energy & STEM

Plymtree Careers is partnering with a global talent solutions firm to appoint a Recruitment Manager to support the growth of their Energy and STEM contract staffing business.

This is a leadership role with responsibility for managing a small recruitment team, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing client relationships, managing contractors, recruitment and identifying new business opportunities. You'll also play a key role in business planning, project delivery, budget management, and operational performance.

What You'll Bring

✅ Recruitment leadership experience within Energy, Engineering, STEM or technical sectors

✅ Strong contract recruitment and contractor management expertise

✅ Proven success in account management and business development

✅ Experience leading and developing recruitment teams

✅ Commercial awareness with budget and financial management experience

✅ Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

✅ Ability to drive service delivery, performance, and business growth
