In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving business growth by managing full-cycle (360) recruitment within the Upstream Oil & Gas sector. You’ll work on roles across the Middle East, UK, and Europe, leading both permanent and executive search assignments. Success in this position comes from building strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

No direct sector experience is required — we’re looking for high-performing recruiters with the right mindset and drive.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior-level roles in the Upstream Oil & Gas industry

• Source, screen, and present high-caliber candidates across international markets

• Drive business development and manage key accounts

• Travel internationally to visit client sites and attend industry conferences

What We’re Looking For

• A proactive mindset with strong sales and commercial acumen

• Proven experience running your own recruitment desk

• Confidence in relationship management and closing high-value deals
