What You’ll Be Doing

• Take ownership of a full 360 recruitment desk, delivering both permanent and contract solutions.

• Receive a comprehensive strategic roadmap to accelerate market development with precision and impact.

• Engage in high-level networking, social events, and travel as part of your market-building efforts.

• Grow into a strategic leadership role as the business expands.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in engineering recruitment—contract, permanent, or both.

• A self-starter with ambition, energy, and a passion for building relationships.

• Excited about relocating to and thriving in Singapore’s dynamic business landscape.

• A degree or minimum 5 years of relevant experience (required for visa eligibility).
