Are you an experienced recruiter ready to take your career to the next level? On behalf of our client we are hiring Senior Recruitment Consultants to specialise in either Contract or Permanent placements within a specialist vertical or the greater energy sector.

What you’ll do:

✔ Build strong client and candidate relationships in oil & gas, chemicals, power, and renewables

✔ Source top talent using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking

✔ Manage the full recruitment process from qualification to mobilisation

✔ Drive business development and convert prospects into trading accounts

✔ Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company standards

✔ Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team success

What we’re looking for:

✅ Proven recruitment experience in technical or energy sectors

✅ Strong understanding of industry terminology and market trends

✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✅ Ability to manage accounts and deliver against KPIs

✅ Local and expatriate candidates considered
