You’ll inherit an active portfolio of contractors and clients—with warm new business opportunities—while driving growth in the life sciences, MedTech, digital healthcare, and AI technology sectors.

What You’ll Be Doing

 •    Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing contracts team

 •    Grow contractor numbers in the USA markets

 •    Manage an existing contractor and client base while building new relationships

 •    Drive strategic market expansion in cutting-edge industries

Ideally, you’ll bring 4+ years of contract recruitment experience, with a track record of mentoring and leading recruiters. A background in life sciences, MedTech, or technology recruitment is preferred, but above all, this role is about your drive, leadership, and personal motivation rather than direct sector experience.
