On behalf of our clients Plymtree Careers is looking for a high-impact leader to build, scale, and lead a Centre of Excellence for global technology recruitment based in Kuala Lumpur. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and grow a high-performing international delivery function, supporting both global and Southeast Asia (SEA) clients across a wide range of hiring solutions.
As Delivery Team Manager, you’ll lead a team of recruitment specialists focused on delivering top-tier technical talent across multiple markets. From day one, you’ll be immersed in live business with strong demand and established client relationships. Your team will support hiring through: contract staffing, Statement of Work (SOW), retained search, permanent placements, workforce solutions partnerships.

We want to speak with experienced IT recruitment leaders who are:
✅ Proven in managing and scaling high-performing teams (ideally 180 delivery focused)
