💼Key Responsibilities:

 •    Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in physical and financial commodities (oil, gas, power, metals, agricultural commodities)

 •    Identify and attract talent in trading, analytics, and structuring functions

 •    Provide strategic advice to clients on hiring practices, compensation packages, and market trends

 •    Handle a mixture of retained and exclusive mandates across EMEA and US markets

👩‍💻Ideal Candidate Profile:

 •    Recruitment experience, preferably within trading, front office, or financial markets

 •    Strong commercial acumen and solid understanding of commodities or macroeconomic sectors

 •    Ability to confidently engage with senior-level candidates and industry decision-makers

 •    Experience in agency, or in executive search.
