Crewing Operations Officer

Plymtree Careers is partnering with a fast-growing international workforce solutions group operating across the energy, offshore and industrial sectors. We're looking for a Crewing Operations Officer to support projects across Europe and internationally.
This is a key role within the crewing function, responsible for developing and managing talent pools, co-ordinating personnel mobilisations, and helping the business respond quickly and effectively to client requirements. More than just a recruitment role, you'll work closely with consultants, clients and internal teams to ensure personnel are sourced, coordinated and mobilised efficiently.
What You'll Bring
✅ Experience in crewing, manning, personnel mobilisation or operational co-ordination
✅ Knowledge of the offshore, maritime, energy or renewable energy sectors would be highly advantageous
✅ Strong sourcing skills and experience using CRM/ATS systems and LinkedIn
✅ Ability to manage multiple mobilisations, priorities and deadlines simultaneously
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international and operational environment
✅ Professional proficiency in English, with an additional language highly desirable
