✅ Role Overview

You will work on mid to senior-level niche roles across:

• Healthcare (clinical & non-clinical)

• Tech (software, data, cybersecurity, cloud, engineering)

• Life Sciences (biotech, R&D, regulatory, quality)

You'll take ownership of end-to-end contract recruitment, partnering with clients who require fast, specialised hiring.

✅ What You’ll Do

• Build and manage a pipeline of contract talent

• Deliver on fast-paced client requirements

• Develop candidate networks in niche verticals

• Work collaboratively with a global team

• Provide market insight to clients and hiring managers

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years agency recruitment experience

• Strong background in contract recruitment – stem.

• Proven track record filling niche or hard-to-find roles

• Excellent communication & stakeholder management

• Self-driven, solutions-focused mindset
