On behalf of our client, we’re seeking an ambitious Regional Business Development Manager to join our Dubai team, focusing on the renewables market. 

In this role, you’ll design and deliver strategies to grow our client’s contract and managed recruitment solutions in the renewables sector. You’ll work closely with clients and key contractors to uncover opportunities, build partnerships, and drive revenue growth. Collaborating with recruitment managers and supporting marketing and event initiatives, you’ll play a central role in strengthening 

presence and impact across the region.

What You’ll Be Doing:

 •    Identify and target clients in power and renewables markets

 •    Build lasting client relationships and coordinate proposals with regional teams

 •    Lead business development initiatives and track market trends

 •    Partner with recruitment teams to ensure smooth client handovers

What We’re Looking For:

 •    6+ years in business development, sales, or recruitment

 •    Background in engineering or related industries, ideally with recruitment experience

 •    Proven success selling contractual solutions and closing deals

 •    Strong negotiation skills, detail orientation, and willingness to travel
