On behalf of our clients we are hiring Senior Recruitment Consultants to specialise in either Contract or Permanent placements within a specialist vertical or the greater energy sector.

What you’ll do:

✔ Build strong client and candidate relationships in oil & gas, chemicals, power, and renewables

✔ Source top talent using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking

✔ Manage the full recruitment process from qualification to mobilisation

✔ Drive business development and convert prospects into trading accounts

✔ Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company standards

✔ Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team success

What we’re looking for:

✅ Proven recruitment experience in technical or energy sectors

✅ Strong understanding of industry terminology and market trends

✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✅ Ability to manage accounts and deliver against KPIs

✅ Local and expatriate candidates considered
