As a Life Sciences Recruiter, you’ll influence and develop recruitment strategy across multiple Life Sciences segments, working collaboratively with a diverse network of clients and candidates — all within a flexible business model that encourages autonomy and growth.

You'll need to:

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with Life Sciences clients and candidates

✅ Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement

✅ Supporting the strategic development of the new Prague office

✅ Identifying new business opportunities and market trends

✅ Consistently delivering high‑quality results aligned with company objectives

You will bring:

✔️3+ years’ experience in Life Sciences recruitment

✔️Contract recruitment experience ideal (but not essential)

✔️Proven ability to hit targets and deliver strong results

✔️Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

✔️Ambition to progress within a dynamic, international environment
