Business Development Manager – Energy Sector

Location: China

Are you ready to drive growth and build strategic relationships in the energy industry? We’re looking for a Business Development Manager with strong sector knowledge and proven commercial acumen to join our team.

What you’ll do:

✔ Identify and develop new opportunities in oil, gas, and renewables

✔ Build and maintain key client relationships through meetings and presentations

✔ Act as a brand ambassador, driving marketing campaigns and industry engagement

✔ Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reviews

✔ Collaborate with recruitment teams to deliver client solutions efficiently

What we’re looking for:

✅ Strong technical understanding of the energy sector

✅ 5+ years’ experience in business development or related role

✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills

✅ Ability to manage budgets, pipelines, and commercial negotiations

✅ Degree preferred
