Plymtree Careers is partnering with a global leader in technical staffing to hire an experienced Business Development Manager. This role drives growth across major industrial markets, delivering complex project and manpower solutions through an extensive international client network.

About the Role

Our client is one of the world’s top technical staffing firms with a strong track record in Singapore, having supported almost every major project locally in recent years.

You’ll lead BD across core sectors, with established clients, while opening new markets and supporting regional growth across APAC.

What You’ll Do

✅ Develop and execute the BD strategy for Singapore

✅ Build and maintain relationships with key clients globally, to identify new opportunities locally, regionally & globally 🤝

✅ Drive new business across a variety of sectors including: Oil & Gas, Downstream & Midstream, Chemicals, Life Sciences, and Data Centres,

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Strong sales experience with proven ability to map markets, identify opportunities & close deals

✔ Recruitment experience welcome but not required

✔ Candidates from industrial markets (Energy, Chemicals, Manufacturing, etc.) strongly encouraged

✔ Proactive, client-facing approach — comfortable meeting prospects regularly

✔ Highly collaborative mindset — success comes from working closely across Singapore & APAC 🌏
