Business Development Manager – Renewables

📍 Location: APAC – Full regional focus

We’re seeking a high-performing 🌟Business Development Manager🌟 with strong sector expertise, a commercial mindset, and a passion for driving success across the greater renewables landscape throughout APAC.


What we’re looking for:

✅ Strong technical and commercial understanding of the energy sector, ideally with in the greater renewables and related markets

 ✅ 5+ years’ experience in business development, account management, or commercial roles within energy, engineering, or staffing solutions

 ✅ Proven track record of delivering growth and managing high-value accounts

 ✅ Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels

 ✅ Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and problem‑solving skills

 ✅ Experience managing commercial proposals, pricing models, and contract negotiations

 ✅ Ability to travel across the region for client engagement and industry events

 🎓 Degree preferred, but relevant experience considered


What you’ll do:

✔Offer a variety of complex staffing solutions, to include, MSP, EOR, project services, global mobility and international pay roll solutions

 ✔ Identify, qualify and secure new business opportunities across the energy value chain, including, but not limited to offshore wind, solar, hydrogen, and emerging clean technologies

 ✔ Develop tailored client strategies, positioning our services to meet evolving market needs

 ✔ Cultivate and strengthen long-term relationships through client meetings, site visits, presentations, and strategic advisory discussions

✔ Work a true regional landscape, working with various currencies and compliance requirements. 

 ✔ Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring competitive proposals and contract success

 ✔ Collaborate cross-functionally with recruitment, marketing, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality talent solutions

 ✔ Contribute to internal process improvements, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
