What you’ll bring

✔️5+ years’ experience in the energy sector (oil, gas, renewables)

✔️A degree (required for visa sponsorship)

✔️Strong contract recruitment management expertise

✔️Proven leadership and business management skills

✔️Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

✅Work closely with international energy companies entering Japan and Japanese organizsations expanding globally
