Plymtree Careers is partnering with a highly regarded boutique Executive Search firm in Singapore to appoint an ambitious, polished and driven Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into retained/executive search, with full training and development provided. You will work on retained mandates across the rapidly evolving energy transition and sustainable infrastructure space, gaining exposure to high-value, senior-level hiring from the outset.

Specialising in areas such as Renewables & Energy Storage, Cleaner Power & Grid, Green Data Centres and Impact Investing, you will engage with senior, high-calibre professionals and industry leaders across Asia. You will support the delivery of complex search assignments while building trusted relationships with clients and candidates in a dynamic and purpose-driven sector.

This is a regional role within a close-knit, collaborative team with an excellent reputation. Key Responsibilities:

✅ Support and deliver retained search assignments.

✅ Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships

✅ Conduct market mapping and identify senior talent across Asia

✅ Contribute to research, market insights and business development

Requirements:

☑️ Singaporean or S Pass holder

☑️ Previous recruitment experience is required (energy, infrastructure or financial markets preferred, though not essential)

☑️ Interest in developing a career in retained/executive search

☑️ Strong communication, research and stakeholder engagement skills

☑️ Professional, proactive and commercially minded approach
