📍Singapore/Malaysia (APAC focus)

On behalf of our clients we are seeking a dynamic Major Accounts Manager to oversee established strategic accounts with a strong focus on offshore projects across the APAC region. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll drive growth, manage client relationships, and lead recruitment for critical technical positions.

What you’ll do:

✔️Manage key accounts, balancing client engagement and contractor oversight

✔️Map and co-ordinate offshore projects across APAC

✔️Drive commercial growth through revenue development, negotiation, and relationship consolidation

✔️Lead recruitment for high‑value offshore engineering roles: identification, selection, and closing

✔️Oversee operational performance of consultants on assignment, ensuring client satisfaction and contract compliance

✔️Take ownership of portfolio P&L: margins, pricing, forecasting, and corrective action planning

What we’re looking for:

✅Minimum 5 years’ experience in offshore recruitment and/or sales

✅Proven track record in large‑scale project management

✅Strong commercial acumen with experience in technical assistance, umbrella/portage, and crewing/manning activities

✅Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills
